Culture on Fire aims to promote equality and equity in uniformed public services.
Our initial focus is on the fire service but this is not exclusive.
Our recognition is that there are at least two cultures operating in the fire service; a formal and informal culture

We also recognise that many uniformed services have similar cultural arrangements to the fire service
